Positive Leadership Tool Collection

The Idea: a PERMA-Lead Toolbox

There are so many great examples for implementing Positive Leadership – PERMA-Lead – in companies, public authorities, or even the police. In the course of my talks (especially at police organizations) and research, I have encountered many dedicated people with tremendous ideas and found inspiration in them. I would love to share that inspiration and am making practical tools available here for free use (where applicable, with the kind permission of the creators). Many more practical examples that don’t require a download are available in my talks. Or – and this is the most fun: developing tailor-made tools yourself in PERMA-Lead workshops.

Get Involved

I am very happy if you can put the tools to use. It would be great if you share and spread the word, because I firmly believe: With PERMA-Lead, work becomes even more worth living and loving for all of us. And if you have a great tool you’d like to share with the community here: please get in touch.
