The idea: a PERMA lead toolbox
There are so many great examples of how to implement Positive Leadership - PERMA-Lead in companies, authorities or even the police. In the course of my presentations (especially to police forces) and research, I have met many committed people with great ideas and have been inspired. I would like to share this inspiration and make practical tools available here for free use (with the kind permission of the authors where applicable). You can also find many other practical examples that don't require a download in my presentation. Or - and this is the most fun: develop customized tools yourself in PERMA Lead Workshops
