Dieser Beitrag, der in zwei Teilen erscheint, geht in diesem ersten Teil der Frage nach, welche Anspr\u00fcche die Generation Z denn wirklich an einen Arbeitgeber wie die Polizei stellt und woher deren Einstellungen kommen. Darauf aufbauend wird beschrieben, welche konkreten Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr einen gelungenen polizeilichen Integrations-, Sozialisierungs-, und Bindungsprozess erforderlich sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im <a href=\"https:\/\/docbb.de\/generation-z-wie-zukunft-teil-2\/\">zweiten Teil<\/a>, der in er n\u00e4chsten Ausgabe erscheint, wird dargelegt, wie die Ausbildung angepasst werden k\u00f6nnte, um die junge Generation kompetenzorientiert auszubilden.
